    Membership Requirements
    1. Age Requirements
      1. Under 16 years of age on a case by case basis.
      2. 16 - 17 years of age requires a signed waiver by the parent or legal guardian.
      3. 18 years of age and above require a signed waiver.
    2. Safety Requirements
      1. Ballistic shooting glasses/goggles are required. (A full face or fully sealed ballistic goggles / glasses are highly recommended.)
      2. While in a live fire area, eye protection will not be removed for any reason.
      3. Although not required, long pants, long sleeve shirts, gloves, and joint pads are highly recommended.
      4. Airsoft weapons will be limited to 400 fps in outdoor/wooded environments and 350 fps in CQB and indoor areas.
      5. Always treat your airsoft weapon as if it were a real firearm. Never point your weapon at another person unless it is during a skirmish. Handguns must be holstered when not in use. Never fire at a person that is not wearing the proper eye protection. Never fire your weapon without wearing the proper eye protection.
      6. Transportation of airsoft weapons will be in the trunk of the vehicle, in a weapons case, sealable bag, or the original box.
    3. Membership Dues / Fees
      1. There is a yearly membership fee of $50 per year. You may pay bi-annually on January 1st and July 1st if you so choose.
      2. There may also be field / event fees involved with playing at other locations. These fees are not collected by the team, but the field owner and go directly to them or the company.
    4. Uniform requirements
      1. Members will be required to purchase on their own, at least one (1) set of Digital Woodland (MARPAT) BDU's within thirty (30) days and one (1) set of Digital Desert (MARPAT) BDU's within ninety (90) days upon acceptance into Task Force Sixteen.
    Organizations Chain of Command
    1. Officers
      1. Colonel - The highest rank attainable. Reserved for Task Force Commanders.
      2. Lieutenant Colonel - Reserved for Task Force Executive Officers and Commanders.
      3. Major - Reserved for Staff Personnel, Senior Company Commanders, Executive Officers, and Task Force Commanders.
      4. Captain - Reserved for Senior Platoon Leaders, Staff Personnel, and Company Commanders.
      5. First Lieutenant - Reserved for Platoon Leaders, Staff Personnel, and Company Commanders.
      6. Second Lieutenant - Reserved for Platoon Leaders and Staff Personnel.
    2. Enlisted Personnel
      1. Sergeant Major - Reserved for Task Force Sergeants, Senior Company Sergeants, and Staff Personnel.
      2. First Sergeant - Reserved for Task Force Sergeants, Company Sergeants, and Staff Personnel.
      3. Master Sergeant - Reserved for Task Force Sergeants, Company Sergeants, Senior Platoon Sergeants, and Staff Personnel.
      4. Sergeant First Class - Reserved for Platoon Sergeants, Senior Squad Leaders and Senior Squad Members.
      5. Staff Sergeant - Reserved for Platoon Sergeants, Squad Leaders, and Squad Members.
      6. Sergeant - Reserved for Squad Leaders and Squad Members.
      7. Corporal - Reserved for Squad Leaders and Squad Members.
      8. Private First Class - Reserved for Squad Members.
      9. Private - The Lowest Rank. Reserved for New Personnel.
    3. Guests
      1. Security Clearances are issued to personnel who are not members of Task Force Sixteen, who register on the website. These different clearances will allow access to different areas of the site that may be deemed sensitive by command personnel.

    5. Code of Conduct
      1. Honor System - Airsoft is a game played on an honor system. Players must have the self-discipline and maturity to not only play the game, but also be involved in a team environment.
      2. Behavior - Many people have different opinions and values, swearing should be kept to a minimum. Racial slurs and vulgar language directed at an individual or group of people will not be tolerated whether they are present or not.
      3. Fighting - Physical or verbal will not be tolerated.
      4. Field Rules - As a guest on another team's field, their rules will supersede our own and all members will comply. Our code of conduct will still apply to our members unless the host field has more strict guidelines.
    6. Liability
      1. Team Waiver - There is a team waiver that must be signed by each member and will be good for one (1) year.
      2. Event Waiver - Most fields have their own waivers that must be signed.
      3. Images - Upon joining the team, images take by team members and officers can and may be used by the team on the website or other media that the team so chooses unless that member provides written notice to the team commander that their image is not to be used.
      4. Copyrights - The website, images, and documents are copyrighted by Task Force Sixteen: Atlantic Lightning. Any use of our images and documents without our expressed permission is a violation of the law. Violators will be prosecuted. All Rights Reserved.
