Squad Leader |
- Responsible for all Squad Activities.
- Sets the standard and direction of the squad.
- Communicates the platoon leaders' intent and empowers squad members to act appropriately to accomplish the mission.
- Ensures members compliance with policies and procedures of the team.
- Creates suspenses to accomplish squad missions and enforce standards.
- Serves as a link between members and the platoon leadership.
- Disseminates information from the platoon chain of command and issues orders.
- Responsible for personnel accountability, uniform, equipment, training, and preparation for events at the squad level.

Platoon Sergeant |
- Responsible for all platoon activities.
- Responsible for personnel accountability, uniform, equipment, training, and preparation for events.
- Serves as a link between squad leaders and the First Sergeant.
- Disseminates information fro the Platoon Leader and enforces standards.

Platoon Leader |

Supply Officer |
- Primary staff officer responsible for coordinating the logistics integration of supply, maintenance, transportation and services for the team.
- Coordinates for, receives, distributes, and controls supplies and equipment for training and events.
- Conducts inventories and maintains a continuous working knowledge of on hand supplies and equipment within the team.
- Serves on event staff for planning and conducting team training events.

Training Officer |
- Primary staff officer responsible for all matters concerning training, operations, and plans.
- Plans, organizes, and supervises the conduct of all member training.
- Allocates resources to ensure the accomplishment of all missions.
- Prepares training schedules and memorandum to facilitate team training and operations.
- Ensures all team level classes and training are rehearsed by instructors and assistant instructors prior to execution.
- Serves as event staff for planning and conducting team training events.

Public Affairs Officer |
- Primary staff officer for all matters concerning recruiting, civil operations, and public affairs.
- Responsible for all member recruiting at the state and national levels.
- Responsible for enhancing the relationship between all members of the team by coordinating annual and/or quarterly social events.
- Serves as a focal point for local advertising of the team, internal information, community relations, written publications, photographs, and related duties as required.

Adjutant |
- Primary staff officer for all matters concerning human resources including personnel readiness, personnel services, and headquarters management.
- Provides administrative support for the team.
- Prepares and maintains unit strength records, rosters, and records.
- Responsible for team bulletin boards and displays.
- Assists the Commander with team award and promotion ceremonies.

First Sergeant |
- Primary adviser to the Commander on the state of morale, discipline, and training of the members within the team.
- Advises the Team Commander on planning, coordinating, and supervising activities of the team.
- Works as a catalyst in communication to and from the members to the team chain of command and staff.
- Accounts for personnel during all team level activities and events.
- Conducts team formations; responsible for training and execution of drill and ceremonies at all levels.
- Responsible for the training, performance, and appearance of the members, equipment, and facilities.
- Responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of a fiscal budget.

Executive Officer |
- Second in command; assumes command and commander responsibilities in the Commander's absence.
- Serves as the Chief of Staff; supervises and coordinates the efforts of the team staff in planning, coordination and execution of team events.
- Frees the Commander from routine detains and passes pertinent data, information and insight from the staff to the Commander and from the Commander to the staff.
- Responsible for the safety and risk assessment of all team events.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the team Commander.
- Responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of a fiscal budget.

Commander |
- Responsible for all team activities.
- Supervises, provides guidance and direction for the staff officers, platoon leaders, and First Sergeant in ensuring all activities are trained and planned, coordinated and executed efficiently.
- Sets the standard and direction of the team.
- Builds an effective chain of command and develops a positive command climate.
- Responsible for developing commander's intent aligned with the intent of the team; communicates intent and empowers subordinates to act appropriately to accomplish the mission.
- Ensures member compliance with policies and procedures.
- Creates suspenses to accomplish team missions and enforce standards.
- Serves as a link between all members and the rest of the Airsoft community.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a fiscal budget.
